Shipping fees
It required a fixed contribution of shipping for each order delivered on Italian territory to the same recipient, regardless of the number of products delivered in a single solution. For orders through the website, the amount is always indicated and visible at the time of the buying process.
The packages with a total weight of less than 10kg will have a shipping cost of € 8.00 + VAT, shipping weighing between 10kg and 20kg have a shipping cost of € 12.00 + VAT

Deadlines and responsibilities
Bertolino Bruno Wines, in compliance with art. 61, d. Decree 21/2014, undertakes to deliver the goods ordered within 72 (seventy-two) hours for orders of up to 200 Euro concluded with electronic payment (credit card, PayPal, Sofort) or cash. Orders higher amounts provide a phase of approval by the company and therefore can not guarantee the delivery time of 72 hours. Delivery means executed when the ordered goods comes into the possession of the customer or the person delegated to this withdrawal. If these terms can not be met (eg .: products not in stock), Bertolino Bruno Wines undertakes to inform the Customer through mode that allows for more timely to warn and indicate when the goods will be delivered. In this case, the price the customer will be charged only on actual delivery of the products ordered.
Although Article. 63, d.
